Lisa Benson is the Founder and CEO of Winning Truths International, LLC.
​
As a seasoned expert in organizational learning and leadership development, Lisa’s mission is to empower individuals and organizations to foster growth, improve communication, and build high-performing teams. She does this through fact-based knowledge, interactive training sessions, and leadership-focused discussions.
​
Lisa is also the author of "Anchored in Bias", a book that chronicles her personal experiences with workplace challenges, including a wrongful termination that led to a two-week federal trial.
Driven by her lived experiences and a passion for change, Lisa's journey has led her to champion workplace fairness and leadership development. She triumphed over a national media company in federal court after being wrongfully terminated.

Lisa’s professional background and expertise in leadership development were shaped by her education, including a Communications degree from Clark Atlanta University and studies in leadership at Cornell University, Northwestern University, and the University of Cambridge.
Her deep understanding of human behavior, organizational challenges, and leadership dynamics makes Lisa a highly effective communicator and trusted guide in developing strong, results-oriented teams.
When Lisa isn’t leading training sessions, creating content, or speaking at events, she enjoys reading, writing, RVing, and traveling with her family.
